Counseling & Consulting Billing Associates is a service provider to your Counselor or Consultant rather than to their clients, and thus, the best resource to get your billing questions is to contact them directly.  Billing questions sent to us will not receive a response.

How do I submit a new card?

Simply click the “Card Submission” link above, and we will receive your new payment information.

What if I have problems using this website or run into a technical issue trying to submit my card?

Please send us an email at contact@ccbillingassociates.com, or use the form to the left.  We’ll endeavor to have the issue fixed within 1 business day, and will either notify you directly and/or notify your counselor/consultant.

Can you help me with a request for billing support?

No, we cannot.  Questions about your bill, the amount you were charged, getting a refund, whether your counselor/consultant will let you use another card, split your payments, etc. — these all must be sent directly to your counselor/consultant, and they’ll communicate with us.

I used to submit my card at another website -- now I'm being redirected here. Is this the right place to submit a card if I'm a former Change, Inc. client working with a former Change, Inc. clinician?

Yes, this is the correct place to submit your card.  Change, Inc.’s website will not accept your credit card effective 7/17/23.
